By using CLCK.EE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

CLCK.EE provides URL shortening services that allow users to create shortened links to web content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use CLCK.EE for any of the following purposes:

• Any illegal activities or to promote illegal activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious software
• Phishing, fraudulent activities, or misrepresentation
• Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates third-party rights
• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Content that could harm minors
• Attempting to bypass our systems or security measures
• Attempting to overload or damage our infrastructure

We reserve the right to disable any links that we believe, in our sole discretion, violate these terms.

3. User Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they link to through our service. We do not review or moderate linked content before shortened URLs are created.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you discover a shortened URL that links to content that violates our Terms of Service, please report it immediately at abuse@clck.ee. Please include the shortened URL and a brief description of the violation.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CLCK.EE and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CLCK.EE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CLCK.EE and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of and access to the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
